Returns & Exchanges

At Manners LDN, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your pieces; however, if the fit isn't right, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygienic liners are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
